Welcome! 

There may be many reasons that landed you on this page, but I’m glad you found your way here.  I can imagine that you (or someone you love) might be going through a lot and contemplating if getting help from a therapist is the route for you. 

If you’re feeling anxious, stressed, burnt out, sad or just don’t feel like yourself- these are common struggles I work on with my clients. I firmly believe that we all have the strength and resilience within us to grow and change, to be our best selves. It can be hard, but I always want my clients to feel they are not alone and that together we can find the small steps forward.

I recognize the uniqueness of each person’s story and my passion is to help my clients develop a deeper understanding of  themselves while learning effective ways to feel empowered in their day-to-day lives and relationships.

It’s important to me that our work together is based in genuine collaboration, respect and empathy. So no matter what challenges you may be facing, I hope to offer fresh perspectives and tangible ways to move forward in your life.
